It is on the “3rd floor” (up 71 steps - no lift - which helps works off lunch), but from the balconies one is entertained by the chatter of the crowds below, buskers, gentle chimes from the nearby cathedral and Santa Maria del Pi, and occasional sweet smells from a nearby ice cream shop so there is no need to go out!

The flat accommodates 4/6 people, and comprises 2 double bedrooms (one with twin beds), a sitting room/ dining room, a study with a sofa bed, TV and HiFi, well stocked kitchen (though local restaurants leave little incentive to cook), and a spacious new bathroom with washing machine and hairdryer. All rooms have direct access from the hall, and there are 5 French windows to small balconies. The 2 bedrooms and sitting room have air conditioning.

For additional adults the extra cost is £15-00 pppn
